It is also centrally located - you are able to access the red (Northsouth) MRT line, the blue (Downtown) MRT line as well as the brown (Thomson-East Coast) MRT line within 11 minutes' walk and one can easily go around the corner for food and grocery shopping at Grand Court Orchard (which is a serviced apartment block). This particular unit has a long kitchen half of which could either be used as a food pantry or an intimate dining area. The two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which makes this flat ideal for sharing in families with an older child. The flat is high enough to oversee the surrounding buildings so there is plenty of light in the unit.
