Your details stay yours
By default your listing shows only the trade and the area, so staff, customers and your landlord will not recognise it. Buyers enquire through Listings.sg, and you decide when to reveal who you are.
Common questions
- What does the free trial include?
- Your listing goes live for 21 days and buyers can enquire on it normally. You can see how many enquiries came in, but their names and contact details stay locked until you take a paid plan.
- What happens when my plan expires?
- Your listing stays online and your enquiries are kept. The buyers' contact details lock again until you renew, and renewing restores access to everything.
- Will people know it is my business for sale?
- Not unless you choose. By default a listing shows only the trade and the area, for example 'Cafe, Tampines'. You can reveal the business name at any time.
- Is there a commission on the sale?
- No. You pay for the listing and nothing else. There is no commission and no admin fee.
