• Users must respect the rights and dignity of others, including their privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Users must use Listings.sg services in good faith and for their intended purpose related to property transactions and information.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Creating false or misleading property listings or impersonating others.
• Posting inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent property information.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Using Listings.sg for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or deception.
• Manipulating property prices or engaging in anti-competitive practices.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or probe Listings.sg systems without authorization.
• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the platform.

3. Content Restrictions

• Property listings must be accurate, honest, and up-to-date.
• Property images must accurately represent the property and must not infringe on third-party copyrights.
• Users must not post defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Content that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age is prohibited.
• Users must not share contact information or redirect users away from the platform to avoid Listings.sg's services.

4. Agent-Specific Guidelines

• Agents must maintain current and valid professional credentials and comply with all Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) industry regulations.
• Agents must not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or agency affiliations.
• Agents must honor appointments and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Agents must not engage in high-pressure sales tactics or mislead potential clients.
• Agents must clearly disclose all relevant fees, commissions, and terms.
• For listings imported from other platforms, original listing agents retain full ownership. Listings.sg attributes all such listings to the original agent and does not reassign them.

5. System Usage

• Users must not use automated systems or bots to access Listings.sg unless expressly permitted.
• Users must not overload or flood the system with excessive requests or traffic.
• Users must not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Listings.sg application or its components.
• Users must keep their account credentials secure and not share them with others.

6. Data and Privacy

• Users must respect the privacy of other users and not collect or harvest their personal information without consent.
• Users must not use personal data obtained through Listings.sg for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent.
• Users must only share property ownership or tenant information with authorized parties.

7. Enforcement

• Listings.sg reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban users who violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
• Listings.sg may report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Users who believe others are violating this policy can report concerns to our support team.
• Listings.sg may modify this policy at any time with notice to users.
