Selling one home to buy the next is a timing problem. This planner maps every milestone, OTP, exercise, completion, and where the two transactions must overlap, so you are never caught between two doors.
A consultant runs the full report for your exact situation, free, no obligation, one consultant, never a blast to agents.
Enter when you expect to grant the option on your current home and when you would like to buy the next one. The planner lays out each step of both deals week by week: option, exercise, HDB resale submission or completion, and when the sale cash and CPF become available. It flags where the purchase would land before the sale completes, which can bring ABSD into play, and shows whether an extension of stay or a short rental bridges the gap.

From the option to completion usually takes about two to three months: the buyer exercises within 21 days, both sides submit the resale application, and HDB fixes a completion appointment several weeks later. The planner lays the steps out against your own dates.
You can, but if you exercise the condo option while you still own the flat, the condo counts as a second property and ABSD applies. Married citizen couples may claim it back if the flat is sold within six months. Many sellers time the condo exercise after the HDB sale completes instead.
An arrangement in which the buyer of your flat lets you stay on for a short period after completion, so you can move straight into the next home. HDB allows up to three months. It has to be agreed with the buyer when the option is granted.
At completion. The outstanding loan is repaid and your CPF is refunded with accrued interest first; the remaining cash is paid to you after that. The planner shows the expected date and amount.
Married couples where at least one spouse is a Singapore citizen, buying a replacement home before selling the first, pay ABSD upfront and can claim it back if the first home is sold within six months of buying the second. Check the conditions with IRAS before relying on it.
