Why we're building this differently

The agent lead game is broken. We refused to play it.

Do I keep my own CEA registration?

Yes. You stay a CEA-registered salesperson and the regulated work is yours. Listings.sg is the technology platform that sends you the leads and the tools; it does not carry out estate agency work itself.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to apply, and no credit-top-up model. The lead and commission structure depends on how you come on board, and we go through it openly before you commit to anything. No surprises.

Are the leads really exclusive?

A lead is routed to one appointed consultant, not auctioned to a floor of agents racing to call first. That is the entire point of how we built the distribution.

I'm new to the industry. Is this for me?

It can be. We value coachable and hungry over years on a name card. If you are CEA-registered or in the process, buyer-first and willing to work the tools, we want to talk.

I'm a mortgage, legal, valuation or renovation partner. How does it work?
